Working principle

  The structure type of this machine is two-stage three-axis cylindrical helical tooth horizontal division full seal type. Lubrication oil is contained in the inner part of the reducer. There are oil baffles on the main shaft and the middle shaft. Rolling bearings are used for the pivots of each shaft. The axial clearance can be adjusted by internal adjusting ring. There is a check cap on the upper part of the reducer, and oil mark pointers and plugs for discharging waste oil on the lower part. Its linkage mode can be directly linked by coupling or flexible linkage by triangular belt.
